This kind of thing makes me want to leave business altogether. Please sign the petition (even if the majority of the settlement ends up in the legal firm’s pockets). It’s a matter of principle. Oh, and join the Facebook Group too.
Why does it always feel like a battle for which “service” provider can provide the least amount of actual service?
